We had a really great time at this hotel. The pools, both indoors and outdoors, were fantastic and provided a lot of fun for our one-year-old son. The breakfast and dinner choices were also great, with a wide selection of delicious options. The staff was always helpful and made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The spa here is absolutely amazing, with a wonderful personnel who took the time to show us around and explain all the facilities. It was a cozy and calm environment where we enjoyed spending over 6 hours. The treatments were fantastic and the breakfast was very good as well. We would especially like to thank the wonderful spa personnel for making our experience so enjoyable.
This place can get quite crowded during holiday periods, so if you prefer a quieter atmosphere, it's best to avoid those times. However, overall, we still had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families.

Helpful staff, waterpark and swimming pools included in price. Relaxed atmosphere. Good breakfast with wide selection of different meals, although it would be even better if there were some fruits offered.
Hotel is currently under renovation, but it is concealed pretty well. We stayed there over the weekend, so the site was not in operation, and we almost didn't notice it (except when looking through the window). If you stay during the working days, noise is possible.

The construction is all around and the hotel should be closed! Or, if it's open, the price should be halved! There are no safety paths around the hotel, the machines take over any path and there is no peace. The signs are few and far between to explain where to go, the reception is not informed of changes, like closed restaurant for lunch, etc. The parking lot is far away and there is nobody to help with luggage. A total disaster.

We loved the location near this lovely green part of Croatia. The hotel facilities were numerous and beyond expectation. We enjoyed the many options of amenities available to us, including indoor and outdoor pools. The convenient transportation and parking options made navigating the complex simple. The staff were accommodating and friendly.
All was good.

The construction of the new hotel was supposed to be done this Spring but it is still going on. Sawing, drilling, wiring painting etc. is very noisy, dirty and obtrusive. Our room was in the old section, very small and the bathroom could only accommodate one person at a time. The dining hall has the look and feel of a school cafeteria, we only had breakfast there. The pool area is in need of repair, paint and new furniture. Watch out for the floor tiles in the locker rooms, showers and the toilet areas they are more slippery than ice, you could easily kill yourself. The new hotel looks like it was designed by Salvador Dali. The exterior colors are some kind of dirty brown, olive and lime. Inside colors are light, dark gray and black, all very dark and depressing. The music in the dining room and the pool area was so loud that you could not enjoy your meal or your relaxation by the pool. There was no discount on price because of construction. This hotel displays four stars but in fact does not even deserve three. All in all it was a very bad experience, we are not going back. For the same money go to Sveti Martin na Muri and stay in their Spa Golfer Hotel and enjoy their wonderful accommodations and service.

The pools and wellness facilities at this hotel were fantastic! The saunas and steam rooms were just what I needed to unwind. Plus, the rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being able to use the facilities after check out.
There were a few downsides to my stay. the air conditioning was not working properly and it was quite warm in my room, so I had to keep the balcony doors open which let in a lot of outside noise.

We had a wonderful time during our weekend getaway. the pools were fantastic, both indoor and outdoor, offering great fun for the entire family. the views around the hotel were stunning, with scenic villages all around us. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner options.
It was impossible to connect to the internet from our room, which made it quite difficult to plan out our daily activities.

The hotel is located in the picturesque Croatian district of Hrvatsko Zagorje and boasts beautiful hilly nature surroundings. the breakfast is exceptional with a variety of food options. the hotel offers free external parking and paid internal parking, both easily accessible. the spa services are also highly recommended and enjoyable to experience.
One aspect that could be improved is the level of supervision and enforcement of pool rules.
